The HPS Skipping Challenge is for all KS1 & KS2 pupils, whether in school or at home. Take on the challenges whether bronze, sliver, gold or even platinum and see what you can achieve. As well this why not count your skips to see how you fair against friends. So it’s time to go and dust off that skipping rope from the shed, garage or under the stairs and get skipping! Head over to the Video Resource Centre (PE with Mr Watson) to find Mrs Ayres and Mr Watson guiding you through the challenges. Good Luck!
A workout set by Mr Watson for the whole family! So whether you're in Reception or Year 6, get your whole household up, in their PE kits and complete this workout. There are 2 to choose from: the first is a cardio workout and the second, a core body workout. Can you complete them both? Challenge yourselves, turn up the the music and have fun!
This week’s challenge is a combination of all the ball skills and fitness activities completed so far. You only need a small space and a ball, of any kind.
