Here, we are practising our new note G in a piece called Introducing G. It’s definitely a challenge placing all 3 fingers firmly over the holes of the recorder, ensuring there are no gaps so we don’t make a squeaky sound, but we are great at noticing when that happens and self correcting!
Year 3 had a great time learning this cumulative seasonal song! After learning to sing it, we added instruments and practised being ready to learn, ready to play, knowing if it was our turn to play or just sing.
BAG one more time - we have really perfected our sound now and can smoothly move our fIngers between notes B A and G.
